Each ACLS or PALS participant should have current BLS card and current manual. Manuals are available for purchase separate from the cost of the class. Mandatory pre-course self-assessment test link will be emailed/texted once payment is received.
Renewal ACLS or PALS courses are for students with current cards. Expired cards are considered Initial Courses.
We value each of you as our student and as our customer but all transactions here in this website are final. Once transactions are received and processed, we do not give any more refunds. You can re-schedule your class within 30 days from the original paid date. Re-scheduling procedures are only done by phone or text, and will follow our posted schedule. We’ll do our best to accommodate you for an off scheduled classes, otherwise, we have to go with our posted schedule. Cancellation for a refund is not allowed.
